We can help with

• Game support: sign-in problems, a table that will not load, or a bug report. Tell us what happened, roughly when (and your time zone), and the device and browser you used.
• Rules questions: see How to Play first; if something still looks wrong, let us know.
• Privacy and account deletion: email us from the address on your account to request a copy of your data or to delete your account. See our Privacy Policy.
• Feedback and ideas: new modes, features or anything else.
• Advertising and partnerships: email us with a short note about your proposal.

Before you write

Many questions are already answered in the FAQ, and the rules and strategy guides explain how every mode works. If you are reporting a problem with a match, the more detail you give the faster we can help: the mode you were playing, the approximate time and your time zone, what you expected to happen and what happened instead. A screenshot is very welcome.

Your safety

We will never ask for your password, by email or anywhere else. If you receive a message claiming to be from Rang Royale that asks for your password or a sign-in code, do not reply, and let us know. To delete your account yourself, follow the steps on the account deletion page.

Fair play reports

If you think a player is breaking the rules, for example by playing several seats at the same table, email us with their display name, the time of the match and what you saw. We review every report and never share who sent it.
