Delete your Rang Royale account

You can delete your account at any time on the website. It only takes a minute and can’t be undone.

Steps

Sign in at rangroyale.com.
Open Account deletion: the link at the bottom of your Profile page, or this page (rangroyale.com/account/delete).
Tap Delete account.
Type DELETE and tap Permanently delete my account.

If you’re in a live match, finish it or exit the table first. Can’t sign in? Email rangroyale@gmail.com from the address on your account and we’ll delete it for you within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your email address, name, display name, password and profile picture
Your Google sign-in link and every active session (all devices are signed out)
Email verification codes and the invites you sent, including your friends’ email addresses
Your RANG balance, progress and missions. RANG has no cash value and can’t be restored
Any waiting private room you host is closed

What is kept, anonymised

Finished match results, so other players’ history stays correct. Your name is replaced with “Deleted player” and the results are no longer linked to you.
Anonymous RANG history and product analytics events, which can’t identify you
Server logs kept by our hosting providers for security, which expire on their own schedule
